i can't wait to go back to hong kong for good; but i know i will miss the lifestyle in melbourne. the space, so much space. i've been into cooking for a while now, and probably coz i started in melbourne, i've been doing quite a lot of western dishes that require an oven. but what space do i have in hk to fit in an underbench oven? i suppose i can compromise to bench top style oven, but i NEED (nb not want) one that can fit in a casserole. that'd be bigger than a standard microwave, but i can't live without a microwave. one day when i have my own house, definitely go for custom design kitchen, especially if i have kids. and if space allow, maybe i'll get a dishwasher too. hey, i said i love cooking, a girl can still hate washing!(click on recipe to enlarge but do not salivate on keyboard)
