warm and fuzzy

its nice to work in the primary clinic; so many puppy talks recently, probably because it's end of spring, that time of the year. i like doing puppy consults, give me this warm and fussy feeling, life's good. gotta cherish the good part of being a vet. better than advising people to put down their 18 year old dog. and even then, it may not be all that bad. there's this owner, she brought her very old very sick dog in on monday, the primary vet adviced her to have the dog put down, and we did; the owner came back today, with a big bunch of flower, for the vet. apparently we helped, to let go and to realize quality is more important than quantity. i'm wondering, when will i get my first thank you note from a client.
