slam dunk

clinical seminar was a huuuuuuge success; at least i think for the effort i put it was prettt great; audience all clapsed. all the questions were answered from adequately to very well (pet on my back) i think getting an h1 on the oral presentation wouldn't be a problem. however there's still this 5 pages long written case report due by 14 days time. oh well.

then it's about referral. i follow robyn (yea and i think he's gay as), i wasn't saying much coz it was a boring day but when he asked about differentials i promptly gave the top 2 ddx of ibd and small cell lymphoma (oh well it's a chronic v+ d+ weight loss cat without diabetes) and he said very good; i also asked him bout thiamine deficiency in cat, just small talks in between consult. i most likely will get a h2a but not h1 for my referral rotation but i'm happy coz things just flows today, smoothly.
